April 4, 1916 - May 29, 2016 Passed away peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Savior at Trillium Manor on Sunday May 29th. She had recently celebrated 100 years of a good life. Mary was the beloved wife of the late Lloyd Taylor and the late Rex Polkinghorne. A loving mother to Ruthanne Shaw (Ron), Phyllis McDermott (John), Geraldine Taylor-Cook, Bill Taylor (Phyllis), and Jane Dunlop (Garfield). Dearly loved by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her infant grandson Murray, by her parents R.J. & Emily Small, by her sister Kathleen, and by her brother Robert. The family will honour her life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Tuesday May 31st from 2-4 & 7-9pm and at the Coldwater United Church on Wednesday June 1st from 12:30pm until the time of service at 2pm. Interment Coldwater Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Mary may be made to the Coldwater Memorial Public Library, the Coldwater United Church or to the Make a Wish Foundation.
