Obituary of Ernie Woods

Passed away at his home in Port Severn on Monday October 24, 2016 with his family at his side, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Gloria. Loved father of Wanda Durst (Paul) and Kevin Woods. Loving grandfather of Mary-Lynn, Aurora, Diesel, and Lisa (Mike) and great grandfather of Ryan and Marisa. Survived by his brother Wayne and by his sister Sadie St. Denis. Predeceased by his first wife Lily Price and by his brothers Morley & Frank, and by his sister France Bressette. The family will honour his life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater from 7-9pm Thursday and 2-4 & 7-9pm Friday. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Port Severn on Saturday October 29th at 11am. Interment St. John’s R.C. Cemetery, Waubaushene. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Ernie may be made to the charity of your choice.
