Obituary of Scott Allan Shelswell

Passed away peacefully at the age of 57yrs. on Sunday November 9, 2025 at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland with his family at his side. 

Scott along with his loved son Nick lived in Penetanguishene.  Loving son of Marie Langley and loved stepson of Sharon Shelswell.  Predeceased by his father Gary Shelswell (July 2012).  Dear nephew of Leona & Dave. Will be missed by his cousin Shawn, and by his friend Diane.

Nick, Marie, and Sharon would like to express their sincere appreciation to the friends, family and the R.C.L. Branch #270, Coldwater for all their support. And to the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie and the Georgian Bay General Hospital for their kind and compassionate care given to Scott.

Scott requested to be cremated and the family will honour his life at the Coldwater Legion on Saturday November 29^th from 1 to 3:30pm, with a service at 2pm.

As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Scott may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and can be made through the funeral home.
