Obituary of Diane Barbara Jolliffe

Please share a memory of Diane to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Diane Barbara Jolliffe (nee Woronczuk) passed away peacefully after a short illness at the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia, surrounded by her loving family on Friday November 28, 2025 at the age of 73.  Cherished and beloved wife of Richard Jolliffe.  Loving mother of Lindsay and the late Kelly (December 2015).  Loved sister and sister-in-law of John & Christine Woronczuk, and Lonnie & Mike O’Dell.

Diane was a longtime secretary with the Simcoe County District School Board retiring from Lions Oval Public School, Orillia.  She was also an active member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Warminster and along with Richard volunteered many hours of her time with the Coldwater Canadiana Heritage Museum.  Diane loved spending as much time as possible between May and October at their beloved cottage on the Severn, it brought so much solace to her.

The family wish to express their sincere appreciation to the nurses and doctors of the I.C.U. for the care, support and comfort shown not just to Diane but also to her family.

Richard, Lindsay and family will honour Diane with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Thursday December 11th from 5-8pm.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Warminster on Friday December 12th at 2pm.  Cremation to follow.
