JoAnn and family,
We are deeply saddened to hear of Raymond's (Jube, as we knew him) passing.
When we lived in Alberta he stopped in for a visit overnight. We failed to tell him that train tracks existed just beyond our backyard. A train rumbled through during the night blasting it's whistle. I believe he thought the house was falling down.
We were also fortunate to have Little England play at our wedding reception over 50 years ago.
Drum on Jube... you will always be remembered as an easy going, fun loving person.
Thinking of you and wishing your family fond memories and peace.
Brenda and Wayne Hall.

My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to you, JoAnn, Courtney, Trent, Troy & family.
When I started working for the Village of Coldwater in Dec 1990, I didn't know that I was also starting a lifelong friendship with Ray and JoAnn. I'm so saddened by Ray's passing, and grateful that we remained in touch. Ray and JoAnn invited me into their home many times for a meal and a chat.
I spent many hours with Ray at the arena, and witnessed him organize countless events - from preparing the ice for hockey and skating to preparing the arena floor and hall for Fall Fair, weddings, meetings, Lions Car draws, dances and concerts. My Dad always said, "Ray had the best ice!" He went above and beyond, and was a good manager of staff and volunteers.
Rest easy, my friend. Jane and Al

Ken and I are sorry to hear of Ray’s passing. I didn’t realize until yesterday that your honeymoon was moving to Coldwater. In the 40 years I think Ken and Ray spent more time with each other than with us. Do you think that is where the “thriftyness” rubbed off on each other?
Joanne you have those grandkids to spoil and as they grow up you can tell them the stories of Rays band days, his collections and all the good times you had. We are a phone call away.
