Obituary of Autumn Marian Dale (nee Dunlop)

A resident of Mount Uniacke, Nova Scotia for the past 21 years, passed away Friday March 20, 2026, in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor, Nova Scotia at the age of 106 years and five months.  She was born in Moonstone, Ontario on October 27^th, 1919, to George and Eva (Thomson) Dunlop.

Autumn was the beloved wife of the late Robert Percy Dale.  She is the beloved mother of Bonnie (Allen) Russell of Mt. Uniacke, Nova Scotia, Robert (Adele) Dale, Port Perry, Ontario, Bruce (Marcia) Dale, Oshawa, Ontario; grandmother of Christina, Laurie, Steven, Joshua, and Amanda; great grandmother of thirteen great grandchildren; sister of Dan (Frieda) Dunlop, Orillia, Ontario; aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Autumn was predeceased by brothers Eric and Glen Dunlop, and sister Ona Yarnold.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 12pm, at Coldwater United Church, Coldwater.  Following the service, family and friends are invited to remain for the reception in the church hall.

Interment in St. Andrew’s-St. James’ Cemetery, Orillia.

In memory of Autumn, donations in lieu of flowers may be made to your local food bank and can be made through the funeral home, and would be appreciated by the family.
