Passed away peacefully at Hospice Huronia - Tomkins House, Penetanguishene on Sunday May 24, 2026 at the age of 99. Predeceased by his beloved wife Gladys (November 2013). Loving father of Carol Ross (Karrie Turner). Loved grandfather of Peter. Predeceased by his sister Jenny Milne and by his brother Robert Ross both of Aberdeen, Scotland.
Alex requested to be cremated and a private family graveside service will be held at Vasey United Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations in memory of Alex may be made to Hospice Huronia - Tomkins House and may be made through the funeral home.
