Bob was a mentor to me in my early days in the Signal Department at CP when I was going through university in the mid 70's. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I owe much of my signaling knowledge to Bob and the trust he put in me to get the job done on time and right. I never forgot those valuable lessons. Bob will certainly be missed by family and friends and will never be forgotten by his co-workers. My thoughts and prayers are with his family!
