Passed away after a short illness at the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia in her 78th year of Orillia and formerly of Barrie.  Loved companion of Paul Hayes.  Dear aunt of Dave and Shelley Winkle of Bowmanville.  Will be missed by the Hayes family. 

Barb was a longtime member of St. Margaret of Scotland Anglican Church, Barrie and a 20yr. member of the Lions Club, most recently with the Orillia Lions Club.

A Lions Memorial Service to celebrate Barb's many years of service will be held at St. Margaret of Scotland Anglican Church, 161 Hanmer Street, West, Barrie on Saturday January 20, 2024 at 2:45pm, followed by the Service of Remembrance at 3pm.  Barb’s cremated remains will be buried in the Spring of 2024 at Barrie Union Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Barb may be made to Lions Foundation of Canada “Dog Guides” and can be made through the funeral home.
