Obituary of Blaine "Whitey" Kerr

Passed away peacefully with his family at his side at the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Sunday March 23, 2025 at the age of 79.  Beloved husband of Cindy Kerr.  Loved father of Debbie Foster and predeceased by his son, Brad Kerr.  Loving grandfather of Justin Foster (Taylor), and Tanner Foster (Claudia).  Predeceased by his brothers Norm and Bob, and by his nephew Wayne. Brother-in-law of Ethel Kerr and Don & Daleen Lovering.  Will be fondly remembered by Ron Foster, Marie & Del Storey, his nieces and nephews Allan, Christine, Jeff, and Brian, and by his close friend Brent Malec.  Will be sadly missed by his family, friends, the trucking community, and by his dogs Foxy, Dante, and his therapy dog, Nini.

At his request, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at the Coldwater Cemetery at a later date.

As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Blaine may be made to the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital and may be made through the Funeral Home.
