Obituary of Roger Grant Noble
It is with extreme sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Roger, while holding the hands of his loved ones at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Bracebridge on Saturday May 3, 2025 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Marge and the late Barbara (nee Scott) (March 2009). Loved father of Glenn (Angela), Wendy Calcafuoco and Susanne Petroff (Cory). Stepfather of Janet Duncan (Tom), and James Tanner (Lindsay). Loving grandfather of Marcus, Rachel, and Lyla. Step grandfather of Maverick, Thomas, Sophia, Michael, and Jason-Roger. Dear brother of Guy (late Debbie). Will be remembered dearly as Uncle Roger to all his nieces and nephews, and will be missed by the Scott family. Predeceased by his father, Grant Noble (November 1983), by his mother, Dorothy Lowe (August 2009), by his stepfather, Tom Lowe (August 2009), and his brother Glenn (June 1964).
The family would like to thank the staff and patrons of Longhouse Grill, the paramedics, the local Fire Department, Emergency Room Doctors, Nurses and the ICU staff of South Muskoka Memorial Hospital. Your kindness and compassion that was shown to Roger and our family will never be forgotten.
The family will honour Roger with a celebration of life at the Coldwater Legion on Sunday May 25th from 1-4pm. The family will share memories at 2pm.
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Roger may be made to St. John’s Anglican Cemetery, Matchedash and may be made through the Funeral Home.
