Passed away peacefully at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, with his family at his side on Monday August 5, 2025 at the age of 71.  Recently of Victoria Harbour, but a long time resident of Haliburton County, Ed enjoyed fishing, golfing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.   

Loving Father of Jamie and Lindsey, Grandpa to Kolby and Emery. Also survived by his sisters Inese, Ingrida (Paul), and Linda (Ed), and by his nieces and nephews Adrienne, Edward, Jonathan, and Carly.

Ed requested to be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
