Passed away peacefully at his home on Monday December 2, 2013 at the age of 85. Lovingly remembered by his sons Richard (Lynda), and Randy (Darlene). Constant companion of Kathleen Gallagher and Peter Loveless. Dearly missed by grandchildren Jeremy, Jason (Carrie), Tara (Jake) and by his great grandchildren Jake, Fallon, Soraiya, and Poppy. Derek was well known in the antique furniture and construction industry. A celebration of Derek's life will be held at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Saturday February 22nd from 1-4pm. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Derek may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and may be made through the funeral home.
