Obituary of Michael Bahniuk

Peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Saturday January 10, 2015 at the age of 87. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary (nee: Cairns). Survived by his sister Ann Shumeluk and sister-in-law Eleanor Cairns. Uncle to David Shumeluk, Ruth Cairns & Ross Elver, Jeremy, Jon, Jacob, Melody and Robin Fedorsen. David & Joyce Cairns, Jennifer, Braden, Rylan and London Douglas, Mark, Josh and Christine Cairns. Jamie & Suzanne Cairns, Geoff and Andrea, Richard, and Andy Cairns. Cousin to Don Chamik, Elsie and Mike Shemluck. The family will honour Mike's life with a visitation at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Barrie, (Yonge Street & Mapleview Dr.E.) on Wednesday January 14th from 10am until the time of service at 11am. Interment St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery. Reception to follow in the parish hall of the church. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Mike may be made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation and may be made through the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater (705-686-3344).
