I don't know what it was one night at about 3:00 am in the morning, but I googled Rod's name and found this out. I was at the Renascent house on 2 occasions, and like MANY other, Rod was my favourite. I would like to send my deepest condolences to his family, his kids (who he talked about a lot in praise) this is truley a lose to anyone who will be going in to the house. R.I.P Rod!!

Rod Hunt saved my life ! He made a huge difference in my life..He helped get me sober, and look at life from a new angle. Without his guidance I would surely be dead. He truly was a great Man. I just heard the news and am so sorry I cannot make it to the Funeral..but I think its ok..he will always be with us...watching over all of us. He no longer suffers.... All is well ! Thanks for everything Man...Your the Best !

I am very sorry to hear about Rod's passing. I went to Mimico high school with him and we spent many weekends hanging out together with our group of friends. I ran into him again at various arenas, while both of us were taking our sons to hockey games/practice. We communicated again later by computer. At that time had started on his new career and he was most excited about the adventure. Rod was always smiling and could always make me laugh. He willed by missed.
