Obituary of Robert Howard

Passed away at the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia with his family at his side on Sunday December 12, 2010 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Lynn Holden of R.R. #4 Coldwater. Loving father of Amy & her husband Richard Murphy of England, Robert of Toronto, Martin of Montreal, his stepchildren Austin Carter & his wife Heidi of Barrie, and Bryce Carter & his wife Tamara of Oakville. Loved grandfather of Kaiya, Joel, Ava, Abigail, Makayla, Nathaniel, and Seth. Dear brother of John Howard & his wife Lyn of England. Will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews in England. Robin served as a gunner with the British Army, a former employee of Emco, and a retired Industrial Real Estate Agent with Royal LePage. The family will honour his life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church, Fairvalley on Thursday December 16th at 1pm. Interment St. George's Anglican Church Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Robin may be made to St. George's Anglican Church or to the Palliative Care Unit of Soldiers' Memorial Hospital.
