Obituary of John Brandon

Passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home in Coldwater on Sunday January 23, 2011 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of the late Barbara (April 20, 2009). Loving father of Barbara & her husband Karl, Marie, Christina & her husband Wayne, and son Floyd. Stepfather of Jim & his wife Vicki, Cherie & her husband John, and Deborah & her husband Milan. Will be fondly remembered by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Dear brother of Doloris Clemmens, Patricia & her husband Douglas Orton, and Helen & her husband Lloyd Cragg. Brother-in-law of Jean Brandon and Pat Brandon. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters-in-law Crawford & Ruth, Howard & Lillian, Donald & Isabelle, Burt, and Bruce and by his sister and brother-in-law Delphine & Ron. Allan was a retired road superintendent with 50 years of service with Armbro. The family will honour Allan's life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Saturday January 29th from 1pm until the time of service at 2pm. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Allan may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
