Passed away after a brief struggle with cancer at the I.O.O.F. Home, Barrie on Saturday April 9, 2011 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy. Father and friend of John of Barrie, Bill of Barrie, Rob of Toronto, and the late Jim of Lakefield. Grandpa to Alexandra, Dawson, Travis, Danielle, Kandace, Dustin Wyatt, David and Amanda. Brother of Ralph Rowe of Barrie, and Dorothy Tonkin of Parry Sound. Predeceased by his brothers Al and Don. Will be missed by his dear friend Marge. Chuck was a Noble Grand of the Independent Order of Oddfellows - Barrie Lodge #63. Chuck entertained his family and friends over the years with his gift of music through the piano and singing, and surely plays and sings on. Following cremation a private family service will be held at ta later date in Parry Sound. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Chuck may be made to the I.O.O.F. Senior's Home In.
