Following the death of my mother Alice, Bob seemed to make some extra time for a daily visit to see my Dad George, it gave me some peace of mind to know that someone was looking in on my father, and he had someone to talk with and I learned from Leta that Bob needed that friendship as well. I would ask my Dad every day, was Bob in and always looked forward to hear about the stories that Bob had to share every day. On occasion I was home when Bob would stop by and we always found something to talk about, Bob was never without a great story. When Fritz retired from the Air Force, he came up North more to help around the house, and they too would have some great conversations. After my Dad passed on, if Bob saw that Fritz was at the house he would stop in to check on us, the friendship and conversations continued, and that met the world to Fritz. In the past couple of months we have sold the house in Waubaushene and kept saying we had to go and see Bob, as life has it, our busy lives kept delaying that visit. So we have memories to now cherish of those many friendly drop in's and great conversations. Fritz and I (Marlene) are proud to say Bob was a true Friend and Wonderful person.

Bob was truly a friend and although missed is now at peace with his wife Leta. Our family were blessed to have known Bob, he touched each of us with his words of praise, humor and wisdom. He is now in God's hands, and probably organizing some history of Heaven. Our thoughts are with you Pam and Allan
