Obituary of Archibald Johnston

Passed away at the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Wednesday June 22, 2011 at the age of 87 of R.R.#5 Coldwater. Beloved husband of Lois. Loving father of Albert, Helen (Hank Steunenberg), Jimmy (Theresa), Rose (Paul Wiggins), Archie Jr. (Roxanne), Sandra (Richard Todish), Joanne (Rob McArthur), and the late baby Ronda. Loved grandfather of 20 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter. Dear brother of Dorothy Vivian of Warminster. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Will, Gordon, Eunice, Luella, Albert, Margaret, Russell, and Jennie. The family will honour Archie's life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Sunday June 26th from 1pm until the time of service at 2pm. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Archie may be made to St. John's Anglican Church, Matchedash or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
