Obituary of Robert Buchanan

Passed away with his family at his side at the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Saturday August 13, 2011 at the age of 85 of Coldwater. Beloved husband of Catharine. Loving father of Barbara & Tom Goodwin, Linda & Larry Jones, Susan & Bob Smith, Sandra & Gerry Hyde, and David & Nancy Buchanan. Loved grandfather of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bob was a Veteran of WII and a 65 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #270, Coldwater. Following cremation, a celebration of Bob's life will be held at the Coldwater Legion on Thursday August 18th from 2-4pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Bob may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #270, Coldwater "Poppy Fund" and may be made through the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldater (705-686-3344).
