Dear Hicks family, We are Clyde & Heather Jacobs &, our son, Malcolm Jacobs. Please accept our belated condolences to the passing of dear Joan & Bill. Clyde is Joan's biological first cousin &, son of the late, Dorothy (Muirhead) Jacobs & Bernard Jacobs. Joan & Bill visited our home in Ingleside, after the passing of Uncle Clyde & Aunty Vi &, lost touch with us. I have been desperately trying to find them! My Thoughts are with you Brenda, Billy and Families. I will fondly remember your Dad fishing at T-Lake while I was growing up and having chats with him while he fished in front of our cottage. Many memories of the lake include him as he was our neighbor and friend. Take comfort knowing that your parents have been reunited again. Thinking of you.

Dad, you will be missed more than you can know, you stood by me and never gave up allowing me to become the man, husband, and father I am today. The pain I feel is so deep, it is only made easier by the knowledge that your pain has ended, and you are now reunited with Mom in heaven. I will never forget the walks on the beach in Pickering, fishing on T Lake, and Sunday Nascar Races, may you rest in peace until the end of time.
