Obituary of Grace Pipher

Suddenly at the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Wednesday October 26, 2011 at the age of 71, with her family by her side. Beloved wife of Ross for 51 years. Much loved mother of Rodney and his late wife JoAnne, Elaine and her spouse Frank, Scott and his wife Liz. Grammy of Tom, Tara (Trevor), Michael (Amy), Andrea (Chris), Christopher (Jackie), Brittney, Laura, and Ryan. Loving great grammy of Paige, Emily, Kendra, Angelina, Aubree, and Cassidy. Much loved sister of Beth Aselstyne & her husband Mike, and David Walker & his wife Jane. Dear sister-in-law of Ila Petroff (Doug), Bruce Pipher (Glady), Iris Beach (Merv), Gary Pipher (Barbara), and Marina Woodman (Dave). Loved by many nieces and nephews. The family wish to express their appreciation for the compassionate manner in which Grace and the family were treated during this time of stress. Special thanks to Dr. Mike Odlozinsky and Soldiers' 2 unit nurses Rob, Lynn & Jenn. Grace will be fondly remembered and missed by her family, many friends, and shufflers. The family will honour her life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm, and on Saturday at the Coldwater United Church from 12noon until the time of service at 2pm. Interment Coldwater Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Grace may be made to the Soldiers' Memorial Foundation or to the A Child's Voice Foundation "Muskoka Unit" or to the charity of your choice.
