When I think of Kathy I think of a" RAY of SUNSHINE". Kathy has always been, near and dear to my heart. Growing up as neighbours, Kathy was my best friends side kick. Kathy hang out with Terry when ever she could and we as kids just accepted it. Kathy so loved people and had a real soft spot for certain men and babies. Kathy really enjoyed her music, especially Charlie Pride, her favorite song being," crystal chandelier". That song will always remind me of Kath. Kathy always meant me at the front door , with a smile, asking why I was there and were was Kevin? I was at the Miller's a lot!. I was so blessed to have had the opportunity to have spent just wonderful times either at the Millers home or cottage as a child. Those awesome times where never without Kathy. My last real visit with Kathy, other than at hospital was with my grand babies a month for so ago. Kathy just beamed holding the girls, she only wanted to hold "the good one" the one that wasn't crying. That visit was just like old times, Kathy, Terry and I (Dana, Eisley, Adilyn) drinking tea ++ just sharing old times with lots of laughter and good fun.
Kathy was just Kathy, honest as the day is long, kind and full of love. Her soul is filled with the true meaning of "Pure LOVE" that will life on forever! Kathy will be surely missed by all of her family members and friends, especially by her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and the ones yet to be born. Believe me, Kathy will be right there with you Ronda when that new baby is born later this month.
I feel so blessed to have been a part of Kathy's life and will continue to share my fond memories with OUR shared best friend drinking tea.
