Passed away at the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Thursday June 2, 2016, just shy of his 83rd birthday, of Orillia and formerly of Oro-Medonte. Beloved husband of Rose, “The Boss”. Will be missed by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Walter was a retired radio broadcaster and a former trustee with the Simcoe County District School Board. At Walter’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Walter may be made to the charity of your choice and may be made through the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater (705-686-3344).
