Obituary of Mary Rose Philion

Passed away peacefully at Trillium Manor, Orillia on Thursday February 23, 2017, in her 83rd year, formerly of Beaverton. Beloved wife of the late Roger Philion, and beloved sister of the late Edith Barker. Loving mother of Carol McDonald & her husband Ian of R.R. #1, Midland, Cindy Schmidt & her husband Rod of Orillia, Alan Philion & his wife Susan of Brentwood, B.C., and Lynn Philion of Brampton. Loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Survived by her brother Albert Barker & his wife Evelyn of Glenwood, Alberta. At Mary’s request, following cremation a graveside service will be held and announced at a later date at the Stone Church Cemetery, Beaverton. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Mary may be made to Trillium Manor “Palliative Care” and may be made through the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater (705- 686-3344).
