Passed away suddenly as a result of a car accident on Sunday April 22, 2012 in his 67th year. Beloved husband of the late Sharon (Moreau). Father of Alan (Lynda Lizotte) of Orillia, Don of Orillia, Chris of Orillia, Jay (Nicole) of Markham, Crystal Mohanen (Joe Caton) of St. Catharines, and Dawn Byers (Paul Latenburger) of St. Catharines. Grandfather of Danielle Beard (Rob Castonguay), Jordan, Nathan, Anthony, Josh, Samantha, Miguel, Brandon, Logan and Nicholas. Great grandfather of Holly. Brother of Lyn, Rilla, Beryl and the late Ian. He will be fondly missed and remembered by many nieces and nephews. Al was a construction foreman, a retired member of the I.U.O.E. Local #793B, an active member of St. George's Anglican Church, Fairvalley and enjoyed his time volunteering for the Coldwater Men's Breakfast. Following cremation, the family will honour his life with a memorial service at St. George's Anglican Church, Fairvalley on Saturday June 16th at 1pm.
