We the children of Fred & Marg Mischpeter, send our deepest condolences to Bill's family. Our dad use to work for Bill at Six Mile Lake Park as Supervisor. I was so saddened to hear of the passing of our family friend forever- Bill Brown. I have so many great memories of christening his swimming pool (as early in the spring as possible so we could have bragging rights for the whole year) and digging for artifacts in the garden. Sam and Bill were the best kind of folks; kind, generous and always ready to share a good story, drink and laugh. Too many great character traits to list. They were good solid folks who are missed in our community. Rest in Peace Bill and go be with Sam. xo With all the love of the Fontaine family: Joan, John, Gord and myself.

Hello: My condolences to Bill's family. I have known Sam and Bill my whole life. My parents Dean and Jean Gutjahr were very close friends and my brother and myself thought of them as unofficial godparents. Bill gave me a great character reference back in 1988 which I'm sure was instrumental in my obtaining a constable position with the OPP 30 years ago. He was a great person and someone easy to admire. I know he missed Sam deeply and now he can be with her again. Good bye Bill. Glenn Gutjahr

I am deeply saddened to hear of Bill's death, and want to send my condolences to the family and the Coldwater UC community. I conducted the funeral service for Sam Brown, and met with Bill a number of times while I was the Minister at CUC. They were truly two of the nicest people I have ever met in my years of ministry, and I remember them with great fondness. Sending my love and prayers.
