Auntie Janice,
I have so many memories from my childhood that include Uncle Armand and visiting you both in Port Severn, although I haven't spent as much time with you both in recent years I will think of all of those happy times whenever I think of Uncle Armand!
Before he passed away in December I was making his nutty muffin recipe as I do every Christmas and thinking of him as I did - they are always such a hit and I always say that they are my Uncle Armand's recipe (the recipe card reads "Uncle Armand's Nutty Muffins in my teenage printing).
Thinking about you so much during this difficult time.
With love,
Abbie

Dear Janice,
Thinking of you and sending you our deepest sympathy for your loss. My heart is broken. Armand was a dear and special friend and a big part of our family. We love him and will miss him dearly. Armand will always have a special place in our heart and we will cherish the many wonderful times we shared together for so many years.
A message from Brendon that touched me very much and I wanted to share with you. He said Armand and his Opa are together again, talking at the wall. This is the wall in Port Severn. This is where Armand and his Opa enjoyed sharing many long conversations together and could not pull them away. This is only one of many memories that will live on forever.
With love and caring wishes,
Monica and Brendon

I was shocked to hear of the sad loss of Armand. He was always so active and "go go go". He was part of the family for so many years it feels like he was always there. We are so blessed that he found you, Janice, and that you and Armand had so many years together. Thank you for making us part of your family too.
In our hearts forever,
Denise

Dear Janice:
The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not "get over" the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same nor would you want to be.
One of my favourite quotes: When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. We have many years of memories of Armand...
Love you!

So true what everyone is saying To many people that met armand for the first time,he came across as a tough guy, but once you got to know him he was a kind, giving and caring person, Another side that few probably knew about Armand was that he was a talented seamstress and upholster And could swing a mean hammer. Just finished building his third home..Built his own plane and spent many hours flying over Georgian Bay You Will Be Missed .... Janice i remember when Armand first met you he was sure you where going to be his soulmate .. See he was even good at picking good women

It seems unbelievable that someone so vital and energetic could suddenly be gone. Armand was always on the go and I'm sure he did more in a day than most people do in a week or a month. It seemed like he could do anything and everything. I'm happy for the time you had together Janice, but I know it wasn't long enough. Love you so much
