We'll miss seeing Percy be-bopping around Coldwater on his scooter. He'd either be at Em's Cafe picking up his lunch or the Tiffany picking up supper. Sometimes we'd run into each other at the post office, too. It was always nice to see him around the village. I had no idea that he was 98 years old. Percy, you will be missed. God bless.
