Obituary of Charles Oakley

Passed away peacefully at the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Thursday November 24, 2011, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Mildred (nee Hutchinson), (June 1999). Loved father of Hazel Durnford, June Reed, Ron Oakley & his wife Bonnie, Robert Oakley & his wife Diania, Leonard, and Bruce Oakley & his wife Joanne. Dear father-in-law of Lily Hutchinson. Loving grandfather of many grandchildren & great grandchildren. Predeceased by his son Eric Hutchinson (June 2010), by his son-in-law Jim Reed, by his brother Ernie Oakley and by his sister Bessie Raymond. Following cremation the family will honour his life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Sunday December 11th from 7-9pm, where the service will be held on Monday December 12th at 11am. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Charlie may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
