Passed away peacefully at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland on Tuesday March 19, 2019 at the age of 81 of Waubaushene.  Adoring husband of the late Marie (January 2018).  Dear father of Nicole (Rhenald), Angie (Babette), and Sandy (Jim).  Predeceased by his 2 sons Bob and Rick.  Cherished grandfather of Douglas, Erika, Alex, Jessica, Chantal and Sylvain.  Great grandfather of 9.  Predeceased by his sister Pearl and by his twin brother Steve.  Survived by his brothers-in-law Bob and Mike.  Will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.  Will also be remembered and cherished by his friend and loving neighbour Chrissy.  At George’s request he will be cremated and there will be no visitation or service.  As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of George may be made to the Canadian Red Cross Society and may be made through the funeral home.
