I first met Edna Bell in about 1978 when she came to audit my Co-operators agency office. That audit and several that followed were more fun than an audit should be. When Edna and Stu retired to their cottage I became their agent. Their visits to my office and my visits to their home were always a real pleasure. When I saw the notice of Stu’s passing I tried to contact Edna by phone but always go her answering machine. They were a couple that were a true joy to have known.
