Passed away suddenly at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Sunday September 22, 2019 at the age of 51, of Innisfil.  Cherished and loving friend of Jill McLaughlin of Innisfil.  Loved son of Anne Campbell (Harvey) of Barrie and the late Richard Kennedy (February 1986).  Survived by his daughter Raquel of Toronto, his natural brother Tom Gooch of Innisfil, and by his adoptive brother Tom Kennedy (Jane) of Texas.  Will be missed by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  Following cremation a service of remembrance will be held at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Saturday October 5th at 1pm.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Ted may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society and may be made through the funeral home.
