Obituary of Edith Moore
Edith was born on June 19, 1956 and passed away peacefully at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland on Tuesday December 10, 2019, with her family by her side at the age of 63 and a resident of Bayview Retirement Home, Waubaushene. Survived by her cherished husband Michael McKay of 45yrs. and by their 3 daughters Michelle (Josh), Maureen (Ryan), and Shannon (Andrew). Dear nana of Robert, William, and Lilly. Dear sister of Sonny, Sharon, Linda, Colleen, Arlene, Tommy and the late Wayne, Larry, Audrey, Retta, Marlene, and Maureen. She will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. The family wish to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Julie Caron and all the nursing staff at the Georgian Bay General Hospital for the kindness, support and compassion shown to Edith. The family will honour her life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Sunday December 15th from 11am until the time of the service at 1pm. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Edith may be made to the Wendat Day Program, Midland or to the Boys and Girls Clubs of North Simcoe “Midland Unit” and may be made through the funeral home.
