Obituary of Marilyn Hazel Brown

Passed away peacefully with her family at her side at Hospice Huronia – Tomkins House, Penetanguishene on Monday October 5, 2020 at the age of 73 of R.R.#2, Waubaushene. Beloved wife of John. Loved mother of Ian (Katherine). Loving grandmother of Ruth, Amelia, Andraia, and Will. Dear sister of Chuck Carmichael (Marie), Barbara Carmichael, and Robert Carmichael Jr. Predeceased by her parents Robert Sr. & Doris Carmichael. Marilyn was a former Beaver Leader for 1st Coldwater Scouts, was a 20 year member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Canadian Legion, Beaverbrook Branch #316, Waubaushene serving as Past Vice President, Treasurer and Sports Co-Ordinator. Marilyn was also a former employee of Elcan Canada, Midland. Marilyn has requested cremation because of regulations due to COVID-19 and there will be no visitation or service. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Marilyn may be made to Hospice Huronia – Tomkins House and may be made through the funeral home.
