Monica, Our Deepest Sympathy, such pitifully inadequate words to express how sorry we are that you have lost such a good man. Thinking of you and offering prayers to you and all of John's family.

The last time I saw my brother, John, just a few weeks ago, was the first time I met John's grandson Luca, Alisson's son. In Johnny's usual quiet way, I could see the love and bond between those three. It was lovely and I feel blessed to have witnessed that.
John was best man at Ted's wedding that day and looked great dressed in the 20s theme.
Johnny was blessed to have his wife, Monica. Thank you, Monica for being such a loving wife to my brother. I know you'll be there for Alisson and Luca as life goes on.
I'll miss my brother very much and feel lucky to have had him in my life. John was a special man and was easy to be around. He made me, and I know many others feel quietly loved. You left a good mark on this earth, Johnny. Love you.

My brother, John, was not always a person of many words. He was a kind person and got very close to the people who mattered to him. Monica, I know that you will very greatly miss your husband. Alisson, the constant contact with your dad and his devotion to Luca will leave a great void for you. Teddy, thank you for helping your dad so much and giving him the honour of being your best man. Wally, I am so sorry that you didn't get that birthday visit. I could go on and on. Sorry for anybody who will feel slighted by my not specifically mentioning them. This is a very emotional time and I am, obviously, thinking fairly recently. Johnny loved his entire family. He had numerous friends and many very long term ones. When I think of Johnny I think of sports. I will miss Johnny very much. Love, Sharon
