Dear Dave, two years and four months younger than me, my first friend, first playmate, my first sibling. I have Ioved him since I first laid eyes on him almost 72 years ago. Because of this love, my heart is broken at this time. I miss him. Even though we did not see each other every day, I knew he was there, just a phone call away, and he would always answer with a loud hello and we would banter back and forth along with his wife, Marie, my wonderful sister-in-law and friend. I know that he had a good life living in a home he loved, he was blessed with a loving family and I console myself knowing this and pray that Marie, and their children and grandchildren are given the strength to get through the sorrow of his passing and remember the good times with him as there are many to remember.. with love to you all.
