Tara Catherine Charles passed away suddenly on Thursday March 25, 2021 in her 41st year in Bracebridge. Cherished and loving mommy of Paige, Emily, and Kendra who will miss her dearly. Beloved daughter of Elaine Charles (nee Pipher) & Frank Gucsma, and Brian & Lori Charles. Much loved and best friend of her brother Michael and sister-in-law Jenn. Sister of Daniel Charles. Stepsister of Jason, Jimmy and Robert Gucsma, and Tina Yates. Will be dearly missed by her very special niece Aubree Charles and nephew Ethan Dunlop, her special grandparents Ross Pipher (late Grace), Morton and Catherine Charles and the late Magdolna Gucsma. Will be missed by her girls’ father Trevor Reid and by his parents George and Susan Reid. She is survived by a large and very loving family. Uncles’ Rodney Pipher (late Joanne) and Scott Pipher (Anne), step-aunt and uncle Erika & Tibor Papay and many loved cousins, great aunts and uncles. Tara had a special spot in her heart for her great uncle David Walker (late great aunt Jane). Cherished and loved friends Nicole Maillia, Leslie & Dave Thomson, and Alyson Dixon & John Park. She will be missed dearly.

Tara was the most forgiving person with a very large and giving heart. Her 3 girls were her life. She cherished each one of them. She always said, “with her girls beside her, her life was complete”. Tara was loved by anyone she came in contact with.

The family would like to thank the paramedics, OPP, Victim Services and the Child and Youth Services, all from Bracebridge, for all of your care and compassion during this very difficult time.

Tara you were the most wonderful daughter a mother could have. Grammy, Auntie Jo, Auntie Beth, and Aunt Jane’s loving embrace will be waiting for you. You will not make this journey alone. The Lord and Savior Jesus Christ awaits you. Until we meet again my baby. I will love you forever. You will never be forgotten. We love you.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a family visitation and graveside service will be held. A celebration to honour Tara’s life will be held at a later date once the restrictions have been eased.

Tara’s family has asked in lieu of flowers that any donations be donated to the GoFundMe page that has been set up to help with the support for Paige, Emily, and Kendra, at the following link https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-taras-daughters-through-this-difficult-time?qid=c64d79db96c2cfa614363071d6c4e208
