We have many fond memories of playing volleyball with Gerry and Rose at the family store in Waubaushene as well as at the local public school. We also enjoyed bowling with the family bowling team, "The Happy Hookers" on Monday nights in Coldwater. At dances at the Waubaushene Legion, Gerry and Rose would rock the dance floor to tunes like "Footloose" and "Summer of '69." Man, could they dance... it was so much fun to watch them together!! Gerry and Al Jones coached my Midget hockey team in Coldwater - my favourite team ever thanks, in part, to these two wonderful guys who were great coaches. We shall miss you Gerry.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you Rose, Stephanie, Michael, Samuel, and all the Hook family.
