Obituary of Rhoda "Betty" Ann Howell

Passed away with family at her side at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie on Thursday October 21, 2021 at the age of 80 of Fesserton.  Loving mother of Kim Howell & his wife Kathy, Kelly Dusome & her husband Paul, and Mike Howell & his wife Kim.  Will be missed by her common-law husband Peter Vrees.  Loved grandma of Nick (Jenn), Hali (Jacob), Josh, Emily (Mike), Carly, Serena (Corey) and Miranda.  Great grandma of Alexia, Kadence, Tristan, Chase, Laila, and Jackson.  Dear sister of Jean Perryman.  Predeceased by her sisters Joan Baker and Eunice Ostertag and by her brothers Enos Palmer and John Palmer. 

A life so beautiful, deserves a special celebration. You are invited to help us honour the life of Betty, the way she would want to be remembered, with your stories and laughs.  The outdoor celebration will take place on Sunday November 7, 2021 from 1-3 pm at 18 Bergie Crescent, Victoria Harbour.  Come and raise a glass of cheer to Betty.

As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Betty may be made to Hospice Simcoe, Barrie and may be made through the funeral home.
