Passed away peacefully at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie on Saturday January 26, 2013 at the age of 55, of R.R. #1 Coldwater. Beloved wife of Harry. Loving mother of Amanda Barnett (Chris) of Wasaga Beach. Cherished nana of Kairi and Avery. Loved daughter of Elmer & Bessie Balkwill of Orillia. Dear sister of Larry Balkwill of Ottawa and the late Don Thomas. Following cremation the family will honour her life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Saturday from 1-3pm, followed by a service of remembrance at 3:15pm. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Rose may be made to Hospice Simcoe, Barrie or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
