Obituary of Reg Johnston

Peacefully passed away at the Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland on Wednesday September 28, 2022 at the age of 83, formerly of Moonstone.  Beloved and cherished husband of the late Phyllis ( August 2019).  Loving father of Cheryl Walsh (Wayne), Kelly Clark, and Fred Johnston (Cindy).  Loved grandfather of Justin, Tara (Jeff), Jenna (Mike), Graham, Megan, Jade, Allie, and Braydon.  Proud great grandfather of Olive.  Dear uncle of Barbara Johnston, June Tomah (Kenny), and Beverley Godsoe.  Predeceased by his sister Lois Johnston and by his niece Lana Knox.  Will be fondly remembered by the Porter family.  Following cremation a celebration of Regs’s life will be held at the Coldwater Legion, Coldwater on Sunday October 23^rd from 1-4pm.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Reg may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society and may be made through the funeral home.
