Passed away suddenly at his home in Port Severn on Sunday January 15, 2023 at the age of 70. 

Cherished husband of Diane Sharpe.  Loved stepfather of Jennifer Van Oosten (Dan) and Kevin Harris (Samantha).  Loving grandfather of Courtney Crown, Jenna Van Oosten (Drew), Kyla Harris, and Kyle Harris.  Dear brother of Linda Romanick (Tom), and Pat Biggar (Ray).  Uncle of Christine (Steve), T.J., Matthew (Adrianne) and their families.  Predeceased by his parents James and Violet (nee Green) Thomson.

Eric will be deeply missed and loved by all.

Following cremation, the family will honour Eric with a celebration of life at the Waubaushene Legion on Sunday January 29th from 1-4pm.  A time of sharing memories will start at 2pm.

As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Eric may be made to charity of your choice and may be made through the funeral  home.
