We had been neighbors for over 20 years. And to me good neighbors are the pillars of the concession roads. Those good people take an interest in whom is around them and extend a helping hand in times of need. We had an accident years back at our farm and a ambulance came and left with a patient to the hospital. Trevor was down to the farm within 10 minutes to see if we were okay and offer assistance where needed. In another case I was hurt and couldn't drive a tractor at hay season, again he came and offered to help. He had a bike that was his son's and showed up to give it to our son to enjoy. Julie and him where the ones I trusted with our house keys, when we had a family emergency a distance away. We all need these pillars in our lives and communities. I think he had a great love of family, dogs and outdoors. After all who would live in the woods and retire to work, more in the woods. It did upset me when he told us they were moving but not to far, just to Coldwater. Now we are so sorry he is gone and extend our thoughts and prayers to his family. He is and will be missed especially by us on the 8th line of Coldwater.

Julie, My most heartfelt condolences to you and your family for the loss of Trevor. Having known Trevor for over 30 years (we worked for the same company) we had many interactions and conversations over those years and he became one of my daily life, favorite people. I totally appreciated his intelligence, sense of humor and wisdom. A chat with Trev was usually ended with a smile, a laugh or something interesting to think about. He was truly one of the good guys out there in the world and I was greatly saddened to learn of his death. I know he will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him. Again, my sincerest condolences which are shared by my wife Emilie. Bob Berry.
