Obituary of Richard "Dickie" Coombs

Passed away at the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia with his wife at his side on Monday July 24, 2023 at the age of 62. Loved husband of Jennifer Coombs. Loving father of Sarah Desroches (Jesse), and Adam Coombs (Ann Prince). Loved grandfather of Fletcher, Jasper, Giorgia, and Catherine. Beloved son of Anne and the late Fred Coombs. Dear brother of Bryan Coombs (April), Diane Laughlin, and Kim Robb.

The family wish to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Nitisha Anand for the care and support shown to Dickie.

Following cremation, a celebration to honour Dickie’s life will be held at his home on Saturday August 26th from 2pm.

As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Dickie may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation and may be made through the funeral home.
