Over the past years, my family has had the privledge of Norm's company on special occasions. Norm was always happy to provide everyone with his humor and thoughts. Our son called him "Grandpa Norm" and was quick to point how cool his scooter was. We would always get a good chuckle when we would see Norm in Orillia driving his Canadian flag scooter and holding up traffic!
