Obituary of Wilma Sandra "Willie" Nash
Passed away and the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Tuesday February 20, 2024 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of the late Bob Nash. Loved mother of Cheryl Monkman (Kent). Loving grandmother of Josh and Ryan. Will be lovingly remembered by Sue Stewart, her sister by heart and by her friends and family, especially by her niece Cindy. Predeceased by her parents Muriel and Edward Sallows, by her sister Dorothy Mino and by her brother-in-law Carlyle Mino. She will be missed by her loveable puppy Maggie.
The family wish to express their sincere appreciation to the doctor’s and nurses of the RVH “Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre” for their care and compassion shown to Willie.
Following cremation the family will honour Willie’s life with a visitation at the Coldwater Funeral Home, Coldwater on Saturday March 9th from 1-4pm. A graveside service will be held at St. George’s Anglican Cemetery, Fairvalley in the spring.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Willie may be made to St. George’s Anglican Church, Fairvalley or to the RVH “Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre” and may be made through the funeral home.
