Sixty years of adventures, laughter and companionship were not enough. I'll miss my big friend for the rest of my life.
We shared so many interests in sport, science, history and politics, that we never ran out of talk. The huge trove of movie lines and jokes we drew from left many baffled at our quips. But we knew. From rough football games in our youth to watching NFL games in our dotage, from Tasty Burgers and fries at school to gourmet meals and fine drinks in mid-life, our tastes and sensibilities matured in step. He was always there when I needed a hand with my latest renovation or when moving to a new place, or with any other challenge. We enjoyed our golf - where his big slice was matched by a big laugh that put the whole silly activity in perspective. Our latest shared interest in hiking around the Tucson Mountains led to our final parting, but he was doing what he loved. I'll be thinking of this fine man whenever I walk those trails.
His family has lost a treasure, and I share their grief.

We got to know Ron and Sue in Tucson Estates where we all enjoy our winters. Ron was a fun loving person who always enjoyed the little things in life. Both Ron and Sue loved spending time together enjoying their surroundings, whether it was hiking in the beautiful mountains, gazing at the big Arizona night sky ,playing a round of golf or just renovating their beautiful home.
To Sue, Jocelyn, and Sabrina we send our deepest condolences. May all your wonderful memories inspire and uplift you as you continue to navigate life.
Love always

Always a big smile and wave at White’s corner and usually a bit of banter to make us laugh.
First time we met Ron and Sue was at our first ever Wildwood potluck, both of them so welcoming to us newcomers. We soon became friends.
With his infectious smile, sharp wit and easy manner, it wasn’t long before we felt we had known Ron forever. He loved life and he loved his three girls even more. Sue, Jocelyn and Sabrina, we send our heartfelt condolences, May you always feel the warmth of your husband and dad’s love around you.

Sue, Jocelyn, Sabrina and families,
My heartfelt thoughts go out to you as you now move through life without your wonderful husband and father. I met Ron and Sue in our Tucson Estates community - Ron was always smiling, thoughtful and willing to lend a hand and participate in our Canada Club activities along with Sue. He is and will continue to be missed in our TE winter community.
Memories are precious and may all the ones you have of Ron make you laugh, cry and remind you of all the happy times you’ve shared. He is always beside you.
Ron is remembered with much fondness.
Take care of each other.

Life is full of unexpected moments some joyous, some heartbreaking While each and every day is a precious gift, it's not until we lose someone important to us that we remember how short it can be.
Precious memories of dear friend Ron

A Great and friendly man taken way too soon. I had only met Ron a couple times at his and Sue's Arizona home.
Ron was so nice, opened their home up to my wife and I as we visited Arizona. We enjoyed Dinner and drinks with them.
Ron had offered to take me to go to the Airplane Museum which I didn't have the time( wish I'd had gotten the time). He was definitely gonna educate me on some planes.
His kindness and smile were contagious.
I definitely wish I'd had more interaction with Ron- or met him earlier on .
So sorry for the loss that Sue and their daughters and entire family have to deal with.
Praying for you all.

I’ll miss you Ron!!
There are so many amazing memories I have with Ron…
Let’s see where do I start?
I could start when we went out on our Seadoo’s together and I almost ran him over with my Seadoo. (A little boo boo but he was fine!! lol )
That was a fun time in Georgia Bay, or all the other times we went out on our Seadoos.
Or another memory I have is when he had finally finished his driveway and had all this medal strapping sticking up and I ran over it with my vehicle, and ran into hero deck, again he said “no worries Lynne ”
Or another memory I love is when Ron would come walking down the road with his trimmer and lawnmower and that funky Hat he always wore to come and cut my grass!!
He worn the best hat’s ever and I always asked him for it!!
I will absolutely miss him and Sue sitting on their front porch and giving me a friendly wave as I drove by!! (Sometimes even yelling “slow down” lol just kidding.
I miss our seadoo rides I miss not talking to you every week when you cut my grass, but most of all my friend, I’ll miss you!
You will be missed Ron.
My heart goes out to you Sue, I’m here for you, whether it be a coffee, a tea or just a tear, but know in your heart Ron’s not far.
Fly high my friend.
Your pain in the ass friend Lynne

I have many fond memories growing up with Ron around. The road trip to Manitoba always sticks out when I think of time spent with the White family; specifically Ron giving Sabrina and I all the life jackets to wear, and the goose in Wawa. There was always good music and a ton of laughter when we all spent time together.
Sue, Sabrina, and Jocelyn I am so sorry for your loss.

Ron has and will be missed by his immediate and extended family. Always a smile, family cook, confidant for his family members, his passion for music and his latest passion was travelling. Spreading his time between Tucson and Wildwood was such a joy for him. Throw in a couple of trips, a game of horseshoes here and there and laughter at every chance he got made Ron a happy man. Ron left behind many memories for his family so they can draw on those in the times ahead to help fill the gap in their live.
