Obituary of Rae Craig

Passed away at Trillium Manor, Orillia on Tuesday April 9, 2013, formerly of Coldwater, and Windsor at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Robert Craig (March 2007). Loved daughter of the late Earl & Catherine Quick. Survived by her sister Joan Taylor, and Ferris Quick (Irene) all of Orillia. Sister-in-law of Kenneth Ferrel, of Port Orchard, Washington, June Badgerow of Binbrook and Helen Bowes of Niagara Falls. Predeceased by Ella & Victor McLaren, Frank & Eleanor Quick, Irene Quick, Eric & Martha Quick, Myrna & Ernie Gillett, Doris Quick, June Ferrel, Royal Taylor, and by members of the Craig family, Mary & Douglas Rayner, Margaret Craig, and William Badgerow. Will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Rae retired from the Windsor Star as Executive Secretary to the Publisher, Past Commander of the Windsor Power & Sail Squadron, former member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Amherstburg, member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Coldwater, member of Severn Falls Chapel, Severn Falls, and attended St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Orillia. The family will honour her life with a visitation at the COLDWATER FUNERAL HOME, Coldwater on Friday afternoon from 2-4pm, where the service will be held on Saturday April 13th at 2pm. Entombment Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Windsor. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Rae may be made to Severn Falls Chapel.
